90-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a refund within 90 days of your delivery date. Our guarantee applies even to opened or empty bottles, so you can try MPower with confidence.

How to request a refund

Processing times

Once your refund request is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

What is covered

• The purchase price of eligible product returned within the guarantee period.
• Items that arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

What is not covered

• Original shipping charges, where applicable.
• Return shipping costs, except where an item arrived damaged or incorrect.
• Requests made after the 90-day guarantee period has ended.

Subscriptions

If you are enrolled in a recurring subscription, you may cancel future shipments at any time by contacting us before your next billing date. Refunds for subscription orders follow the same 90-day guarantee described above.
