How to start a return

To begin a return, contact us through our contact page with your order number and the email address used to place the order. Our team will provide return instructions and a return address. Please do not send items back before receiving these instructions, as unauthorized returns may not be processed.

Return shipping

Unless an item arrived damaged or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Damaged or incorrect items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and your order number, and we will make it right at no additional cost to you.
